  • Grape variety: Garnacha from centenary vineyards.
  • Vol.: 14.5%.

Winemaking

  • Harvest: manual
  • Vinification: initial manual selection in the vineyard, second selection on the winery table and subsequent destemming.
    Malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels.
  • Aging: in French oak barrels for 14-16 months.
    Subsequently, aging in bottle for 12 months.
    The passage of time may cause precipitates or sediments to appear in the bottle.
    Serving temperature: 16 -18º C
  • Tasting notes:
    Intense garnet color with purple hues. Elegant and intense aroma. Black fruits, violets and smoked with a mineral background.
    In the mouth, it is fleshy, powerful and well structured. Velvety entry and very balanced palate. Full-bodied and persistent.
